Every place has its own take and expression of Jewish cuisine.
The menu can be compared to a globe, since guests are invited to set their own culinary direction: Africa, Egypt, Libya, the Middle East, the Mediterranean, and even the territories of Poland, Russia and Ukraine.
Brand chef Eli Stein and chef Alexey Chuvikov created a compact, appealing menu, while Israeli architect Agnon Gradot designed the space. His inspiration was the futuristic spirit of multimillionaire James Goldstein's house in Los Angeles (1963), where glossy magazine shoots, films and parties have all taken place.
