The project's creators, brothers Artem (chef) and Alexey (pastry chef) Grebenshchikov, explore unconventional combinations, play with textures and adapt French techniques to local ingredients. For a first taste of the restaurant, two tasting sets are offered: BOBO's Classic and BOBO's Signature.
BOBO is an original French cuisine restaurant for anyone interested in wine-and-food culture.
Ladoga zander, duck hearts, cauliflower with coffee and porcini mousse — highlights from the main à la carte menu, split into 4 sections in order of increasing intensity of flavor. The dishes are accompanied by small-batch terroir wines from boutique estates, selected by the talented Anton Belochkin.
